Rust-Oleum Gardz Low Odor Paint Primer, 9 lbs

My first experience using Gardz, and that was because wallpaper installers had not primed and sealed the sheetrock prior to applying the wallpaper glue. The wallpaper came off with some difficulty; however, the wallpaper glue was resistant to warm water, 409, fabric softener, dish detergent, and taping knife. Gardz was recommended to seal torn drywall and bare plaster surfaces, and it seems to have worked. I'll know in 20 years, but from the outset, it appears to be doing what it is said to do. Easy to apply. Used it to cover up old wallpaper so wall could be textured. Hoping it works well!
