Operating it is easy and fulfilling! So glad that I replaced the old one that was here when I bought the house and very happy that I replaced with MOEN! Needed help from customer service for a small problem and Moen responded immediately with a replacement piece and instructions. Could not ask for more. All my products will now be MOEN!
