The French Fitness XT8 Power Sled w/Resistance is designed to give you a complete workout. Load the sled with weight plates, kettlebells or anything heavy inside the cage, and train both cardiovascular and muscular strength; lighten the load and push faster to train for speed; remove the weight and push the XT8 longer and slower to help improve endurance. Adjust the intensity of your workout without adding or removing weights with frictionless magnetic brake system that increases resistance with speed. The XT8 is a bi-directional power sled on wheels that can be pushed or pulled with a harness. The tires are very high quality and does well with indoor and outdoor sled workouts. Compares to Torque Tank M4 Power Sled.
