I am in love with this dress! Everything about it is perfection for me. I purchased the size xs for my 5'1, 98 frame. It's not a mini skirt on me, more of regular above the knee length. The color is the prettiest shade of blue. The cutout embroidered detail on the sleeves is beautiful. The waist tie is adjustable, so you get a very flattering fit.
