They are soft, and quite filling. Typical keto style bread, it's much more dense than regular bread (it's keto, y'all). I find that I can only eat half of a muffin, which is perfectly fine, and I pair it with some turkey bacon or sausage for a quick and protein filled breakfast. Will buy again.
