I have tried so many different gluten-free breads over the last four years and I saw someone post about this I think in a Facebook group and it is to die for I have found finally my new gluten-free bread!!!The slices are really big which I don't love, but I just cut them in half and then put the other half back but I've had an Italian sandwich so far and a grilled cheese and it is the best bread you cannot even tell it's gluten-free but I always toast my bread so I actually haven't had it without it being toasted, I will have to try that next, but this bread is amazing!!

I've tried every gluten-free bread brand I could find for the past 18 years, and there are only a few that I'd even consider buying again. This bread is by far the best on the market. It's very expensive, but if you're looking for a great texture, taste, and smell, this is the way to go.
