It comes in a downbridge metal frame, dressed in a smooth bronze finish, with a faux wood finish on the rectangular base. A light brown faux leather shade hangs from the top and an on-off step switch is built into the brown cord.

This lamp is well made and very solid. No tipping or rocking. I placed it beside a recliner as a reading light and it works well. Colors are as they appear online. Very happy with the purchase. Came very well packaged. Required about an hour to assemble.

Solid lamp
I was given this floor lamp to try as a part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. I loved the style and design of the Tahoe Bronze Downbridge Floor Lamp. It matched the decor in my living room perfectly and I was thrilled to find a place for it. Unfortunately, the design of the base limited my options for placement, but I did find a spot for it. The lamp assembly was not difficult, but I definitely needed another set of hands to help me. It is heavier than I expected, but I don't have to worry about it getting knocked over. The best thing about the lamp is the on/off foot switch. It's a breeze to turn on and off. If I could change anything, I would want it to be adjustable height. That is about the only drawback I've found. I do recommend this lamp.

Fantastic high quality lamp
We love this lamp! The mid century modern design is gorgeous. The quality is excellent—it feels sturdy and balanced. It was easy to assemble. The light form the lamp is warm and beautiful. Easy to turn on and off, too. Definitely measure your space since it's kind of big, but for us it was perfect. We highly recommend this great value!
