Unacceptable delivery

I placed my order on 8/8. It was shipped on 8/10 and reported damaged the same day. It was not shipped again until 6 days later on 8/16. Walmart told me that Flying Bulldogs would not ship the order until they received the damaged product was returned. Since I never received the shipment, this was an issue between FB and FedEx. Unfortunately, the second shipment was also "delayed". I canceled the order on 8/22 after wasting 2 weeks waiting for this order.
