Frank A. Edmunds Stitch Master Floor Stand-

I like this floor stand and would love it but for a couple of improvements. I stained the frame pieces before I assembled as I didn't like the light colored wood. There are obvious different woods used to make the frames as they don't stain the same. Different grains and finishes. All in all, it looks good with some color on it. The two pieces of wood (on either side of the stand) that hold your project frame or hoop (IMO) don't tighten down enough for a thinner frame piece. I had to find a shim that would allow me to put my project in the stand and then tighten it down. I wish there was a wider range of adjustments to make when tightening them down. It works, but it adds a piece of wood that can get knocked loose. Turning the frame around to work from the back of the project is something I haven't quite figured out yet but I have a work around. All in all, I like having this to hold my cross stitch project. Much easier than holding it in my hands.
