Minor Problem

When I went to put these in my 1969 Chevelle the holes for the driver's side lined up correctly. The passenger side had to be drilled to get it to mount to the frame. I believe they were both drilled to fit the driver's side No big deal. It was a somewhat easy fix with a drill press.
