I thought the four sixes original cowboy seasoning was really good. it has a nice flavor balance with a little kick on the back end. This seasoning is pretty darn good. It's a solid rounded seasoning that I feel work work for a lot of things. Barbecue, really any pork, chicken, or beef. In a white sauce pasta, on sautéed veggies. Seems like it would be pretty versatile. It has the right amount of garlic and the chipotle just gives it that perfect hint of smoke. I used some today to garnish some deviled eggs, and they were divine.

This seasoning is amazing. It has a hint of chili, with also some garlic and onion. It could be used either as seasoning or rub. I like to add it to my steak but I think it works for other meat as well. It is a great value for money considering its size. I definitely recommend it.
