Prior to purchasing this I was consuming about a 1/2oz of raw liver daily. I was pretty limited to how I could consume it.... typically in a smoothie of some type. From frozen it ground up pretty well and didn't impart much taste to the smoothie, but my options have opened greatly with these capsules. I can just take all four of them daily with a drink, or open them and sprinkle them in scrambled eggs, a smoothie, etc. It's a convenient way for me to get some organs into my daily diet.

I have been low in iron for awhile, and this product brought my energy levels right back to normal! I love having a natural option to get iron! My only complaint is that it comes in capsules and they're so hard to get down your throat. But I just I take a sip of water, then take the capsules with more water, and it works pretty well.
