Helpful product
I had greasy and damaged liver from too many pain medications for migraines. Milk thistle is commonly used to help heal the liver over time. I have been using supplements lile this for a while now and the state of my liver is improving bit by bit which shows that the ingredients are of good quality.

Cleaner
For me, milk thistle mainly affects digestion, liver function and cleansing the body. It also maintains normal blood sugar levels. My liver tests have improved, I feel better and less tired. I recommend!
