Ingredients seem to help with at work rushed meals indigestion. Used to purchase another brand I loved, but they will no longer ship them to Canada. Glad I tried these.. Could be a larger size, and no need for the heavy plastic container, could have put it in a resealable bag. but appreciate the product being protected..
