Great product! Very quick results. I do recommend drinking a good amount of water while taking it, though. (It does leave your urine a bit darker color in color but that is normal when taking DIM. This product is not just for men. I take DIM for womanly issue and it helps immediately. Anything that helps with chronic female pain is totally worth it!!! I was introduced to 2 other brands before I tried Force Factor Fundamentals DIM. I had been taking these other brands for years and I was a bit skeptical of trying Force Factor because it is marketed for males rather than females but DIM is DIM. The other brands I had experimented with, I had taken higher doses than recommended with great benefit. Force Factor is more potent. I actually take one capsule a day for about 3-5 days out of the month. My cycles are regular and pain is significantly minimized. Endo didn't know what hit it! Lol If you are looking for a product that helps reduce bad Estrogen in your body, look no farther than Force Factor Fundamentals DIM. Men, let that special lady in your life (that deals with chronic female pain) know about Force Factor Fundamentals DIM, for less time in pain and more time feeling balanced and active.
