Good Product, Great Customer Service

Received in good condition, works well. Had a whistling sound, communicated with customer service and was sent replacement baffles the same day. Installation was more difficult than necessary because: Instructions are "one size fits all" instead of specific, mounting screws are blocked by wiring devices on top of blowers, had to tighten with pliers. Installing the chimney surround was also a pain. The screws for hanging the hood seem too small and the washers on them are a pain to slip thru the holes, should have used a larger size screw with an integrated washer head. All-in all, I'd buy it again but supply some of my own hardware.

I bought this (KF2-36) range hood several months before my house was completed enough to install, but I didn't want to chance it selling out. It was delivered quickly and in perfect condition There is a plastic lining adhered to the stainless steel finish to protect it from scratches and it is packed in styrofoam to prevent dents. All the hardware needed to install is included, and everything goes together well. I chose this model because of the four CFM settings. It has enough power to vent anything I can cook up. The lights are bright and pool over the stove top. I do wish there were two light settings instead of one, but this is minor. The range hood operates well and is surprisingly quiet. The best part is that it looks beautiful while it functions flawlessly.

Great range hood!

We recently remodeled out kitchen and were looking for a sleek and simple design that complimented our shaker cabinets. This range hood was priced really well and a lot less money than other hoods we looked at. We had an electrician install it as the installation process was beyond our ability. This range hood works well and looks amazing! We could not be more pleased with it. If we ever need another hood, we'll be purchasing from this site.
