These Tylenol dissolve packs are a life saver. My autistic adult child does not swallow a pill, so this formulation helps me get an adult dose into him without having to up dose 45 ml of a children's medicine. It makes it way more economical and a value for money to be able to use this adult dose vs children's medicine. The medicine tastes similar to a fun dip with a little tang. My son has no issues taking it once opened. However, I do think Tylenol could improve on the packaging as it's very hard to open on the go without a pair of scissors, it's sold in a 12 pack and 24 pack, but only one flavor is available. I feel confidence purchasing this medication from Walmart instead of over the internet for quality and anti-counterfeit reasons. The dissolve packs also come in children's and the boxes are very similar. Take care to note if you are buying children's or the adult dose, as I have accident bought the children's version. Also of note, the dissolve pack is 500mg, so you can take two packs as an adult.
