I bought this to replace my old ice tea maker. It is similar and uses the same pitcher....even though it is made by a different company. So I have 2 pitchers which is great. Worked fine to first time and is still working fine after 3 weeks and I make a lot of tea, probably 3 or 4 pitchers a week.

Nice size pitcher
Really like the size of the Iced Tea Pitcher. This is 2.75 quarts, just slightly smaller than the 3 quart I am replacing. LOVE the GLASS pitcher, although putting ice in it makes me nervous. I am not sure of the thickness and quality of the glass so slowly fill it from a plastic cup from the ice maker, not directly from the ice maker. The lid on the brewer does not have a tight fit, so lose a little steam when brewing, but it is minor. LIKE the infuser for putting sliced lemon or whole raspberries in after tea is brewed.
