Start with TRESemme Botanique Coconut Nourish Shampoo. Squeeze a generous amount of conditioner into palm and rub hands together. Apply to damp hair focusing on ends to mid-lengths first. Then work any remaining conditioner up towards the roots. Leave in for 2-3 minutes then rinse thoroughly.

I personally love tresemme. It is probably the only product I use to wash my hair. Leaves my hair shiny, feels stong and has a great bounce. Smells amazing and feels amazing. Rinces of nice leave your hair very smooth and silky.

Honestly disappointed but it does the job I guess
Unfortunately the first time I used this I immediately noticed that it made my hair dry and frizzy. I went from soft hair to almost strae-like hair. I tried giving it some time because I thought suddenly switching shampoo and conditioner had something to do with it but I've seen little improvement. It cleans but barely conditions. It's not as bad but I can no longer run my fingers through my hair or use a comb without ripping through dozens of tangles. Not to mention that it smells like dog shampoo. I think I'll switch to something else. This was a waste of money and I'm very sad because I used to use lots of Tresemme products before so I trusted that this would be good for my hair.
