Hillsdale Furniture Crestone Gray Velvet Tufted Upholstered Platform Queen Bed

She has been asking for a platform bed for a while now, as she hasn't been a fan of the clunky sleigh bed that seems to take up a lot of space in her room, and everyone seems to whack when walking about in there. So, we surprised her last weekend with this platform bed, and I have to say this is what really pulled her new bedroom together. It is so chic and really gives a more grown up look to her bedroom. At first I wasn't too sure about the grey fabric, as I thought it wouldn't look good with her violet painted walls. But, once it was set up (which only took a half hour to assemble), and the mattress (no need for a box spring with this platform bed), it really made the room pop. I found myself wishing I had a bedroom and bed like this one.
