good unit, I would buy again

had it one day, used it on siding with no detergent. fantastic. yes its true started on first pull!!! what I don't like but not bothered a lot. The gun holder (like most) is tacky. The 30 foot washer hose is made well, strong but is "challenging" to straighten out. The holder for the hose is another tacky joke. However, this 30psi unit does the job nicely. BTW. content. Karcher is a German company. The pump is probably German (not Chinese junk). The frame is Chinese. The assembly plant and engine production plant are in the Midwest. So content and labor wise, it's mostly domestic. Use your stimulus check to keep the USA workers employed!

Amazing customer service. Received pressure washer and began to use it same day and oil leaked out of the motor. I immediately called customer service and they gave me two options. Find a service department near Me or ship a new one. I chose to have one shipped. Received in about 4 days. Great email with instructions how to prepare it for UPS pickup which occurred the next day after I notified them that I received new unit. Pressure washer and customer service works amazing.

Cleans everything!

I am enjoying my Karcher 3000. I have cleaned my pool area, front sidewalk and driveway and they all look fantastic. My only small complaint (and I am sure it me because I am not mechanical in any way) is I had trouble figuring out the choke. I was not sure where to place the yellow handle. It has been by trial and error that I have it figured out now.
