Good job Delta - a trusted brand

This Delta unit was ordered to replace an rain shower head made in China (The 2 plates were separated; probably from hot water). The Delta is still holding up and functioning properly as of writing - It's been 3 yrs and counting - just need to clean the mold; hard water scale with CLR - good as new.

Not for Use with Hard Water

Product has a great design (the reason for purchase) but clogs easily if you have hard water. It requires you to dismount it clean the plastic pores and run CLR through the shower head. After a couple of times of taking it off in the last two years, it now leaks.

I apologize about the issue with your Delta showerhead. We typically advise soaking the face of the showerhead in a 50/50 solution of white vinegar and water (for at least 30 minutes) when facing hard water issues that may contribute to clogged ports on the showerhead.
