This BOSTITCH® 18-Gauge Flooring Stapler adjusts for all sorts of different projects. Its depth changes to accommodate hardwood floors from 5/16 inch to 7/16 inch thick. The Bostitch 18-gauge flooring stapler also works with engineered wood floors from 1/2 inch to 5/8 inch thick, and it's powerful. The tool provides 160 inch-pounds of power with every strike. Its air swivel connects with 1/4-inch compressor ports for pneumatic pressure and the connector flexes for multi-directional support. This Bostitch hardwood flooring stapler has an oil-free design that maintains smooth performance with minimal maintenance. Its internal filter keeps dust away from components, and its exhaust port directs air away from the work area.

What English I could understand from woman on the phone was UNBELIEVABLY condescending! ("Did you really think that technology would be so inexpensive?") REALLY!? That's what I get?
