Handy rib rack
Used the rack to smoke some baby back ribs and it worked great! the ribs were tender and moist. after they finished smoking I placed them on the smoker grill and applied the bb que sauce. they were the best ribs I have ever had! the rib rack was very easy to clean.

Great product, I replaced my older, smaller rack when I got the bigger smoker. Sturdy enough to hold a whole rack of pork ribs. A tight fit but enough space to hold beef back ribs.

We like this rib rack and are glad we bought it. It is big and will hold plenty of ribs. Maybe a little much for just too people and one rack. It seems to be very well-built and sturdy. Probably an extravagance, but glad we have it. The stainless cleans up well with Dawn power spray and a brillo pad.
