Love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this frying pan from KitchenAid. I have used it quite a bit recently. It's been very handy for one pan meals. I really like being able to place it in my oven under the broiler and not have to worry about it ruining the pan.

It's lightweight

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm in love with this skillet. The quality of this skillet is just amazing. It is my first time trying nitro carbon steel. I really like it that you can put it inside the oven. And it's not heavy at all, like your cast iron. I'm really looking forward to complete my set with other pots and pans. I definitely recommend it.

Where has this been all my life?!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always wanted a carbon steel pan. I always liked the idea of cast iron, but I don't like now heavy it is and always felt intimidated by it and I never got around to picking one up. I really like this pan though! It was easy to season and now I can use it for so many awesome dishes now. I really like that it has a handle on both sides too. So far I have noticed that it really heats evenly and I have liked the few dishes I have made with it so far. I can't wait until the seasoning builds up on this so it becomes a better nonstick pan.
