Terrible service arrived used

Cheaply made and poor build quality very bad customer service arrived scrached up when i tryed to put head light bulb the piece that keeps it in place broke off super easy. I really do think sombody returned these and when I ordered it they gave it to me. I asked for a return or even different ones they said no there return policy isnt fair. Most of these reviews are fake.
