It's a winner
The specs say it is 20% larger than standard models and I will agree. It is larger and more stable especially on a carpeted floor. It does feel sturdy under foot. No wobble. I am impressed with it.

Hercules Foot Rest
It's fairly sturdy but it does twist a bit if it's under moderate stress, causing it to not rest on all four legs evenly. This makes it wobble a bit but it's fine once you put your foot down on it. The lowest setting is 5", very high for the lowest setting but good for a stool. I'd like it to start at 2"-3" which would be perfect for an average chair or sofa, etc. You need to sit a bit higher unless you like your guitar up on your chest. Despite these little quirks, it is better than most other rests I've tried, you get what you pay for.
