Be mindful of what you'll be doing in a few days, because let me tell you - 3-4 days in, your feet look CRAZY! I happened to be in optimum peel day when I pulled off my shoe to show someone the insole bubbles on my new favorite shoes, and then I saw my foot and had to explain why it looked like that. I had large peels ready to come off. So, stay home that day. :) Also, let it peel on its own, don't pull and help the peels along. Just let your foot skin peel off.

Good on sensitive skin

I've used this a couple of times now. It's good on sensitive skin (I get a rash trying to use Nair of any kind or if I use clothes washing detergent with dyes, etc). I like that it peels away the dead skin effectively. The sock is amazing for keeping the peel bootie on. I can sort of walk and do minor house chores while waiting. It also keeps the bootie compressed and more comfortable to wear in general instead of soaking in a foot tent. Just be sure to save the socks after because you get more masks than pairs of socks.
