This is just an excellent product. Great option for Breakfast. Has an excellent low glycemic index. Is a whole, unsprouted grain. Tastes good. Partners up well with strawberries. Excellent source of nutrients. It is shelf stable, but follow the storage directions. It is good for kids, but may be an aquired taste.

Really happy to find this at Walmart. It's a clean, wholesome cereal that actually keeps me full and feeling good. The sprouted grains make it hearty without being heavy. My only wish is that they carried more of the varieties Food For Life makes. Still very thankful this one is available and I'll definitely keep buying it!
