This is just an excellent product. Great option for Breakfast. Has an excellent low glycemic index. Is a whole, unsprouted grain. Tastes good. Partners up well with strawberries. Excellent source of nutrients. It is shelf stable, but follow the storage directions. It is good for kids, but may be an aquired taste.
