I have been crafting for 50 years. Most of my hobbies include paint and Folk Art paint is my first choive. First try at glass painting as folk art made me look like a pro.it glides on smooth and doesn't well up in sits. The color is consistent and stays put. I haven't washed my glass yet so I can't say how it holds up by my partner washed hers and I it didn't harm it at all. I think you'll be happy with the results. I recommend all types of folk art paint.
