ALL is easy to assemble, except trying to bend the cotter pins around the end cap on the bigger back wheels. Nevertheless, no problem to really be concerned about. VERY PLEASED WITH MY PURCHASE! There was a bonus area on the back of the cart, that I didn't notice in the sales photo. A very nice surprise after I opened the package. Also, I appreciated that extra hardware was included, in case I may have lost any part upon assembly.
