This is a great way to use up left over yarn. Warp the shapes and weave with a variety of yarns and fibers. You can use ribbons, scrap fabrics, wool, yarn, threads... pretty anything you can dream of weaving with. These are pre-sanded and ready to go. Paint your frames first for stunning results! The wooden shapes are about 3 mm (about 1/8") thick and cut from birch ply wood. Paint your shapes and weave with colorful bits! Makes great decorations for any occasion. Laser cut; edges/sides will be darker. Backs may show slight imperfections. Each are lightly sanded after cutting for a lovely edge and finish. Shapes can be painted before weaving for even more detail. This is a wood product. We check the quality of all our pieces before shipping.
