I've bought a few of these futon mattresses over the years and so far, this is the best one I've gotten. They usually look nice and thick, but if you put a knee on them, you can immediately feel the floor right thru it and so they don't offer much support. I can't feel the floor thru this one at all. I don't know how it's simultaneously so soft to lay/sleep on, but so firm, it can actually keep you from feeling the hard floor beneath you. I can't recommend this mattress enough. If you're looking for a nice futon mattress without trying to break the bank-look no further.
