I didn't read instructions in the beginning so I put the water in the wrong place and when I did the mop and it caused the plug to become unplugged and the water started to come out of the bucket. then I read the instructions and I learned that I was supposed to put the water on The side that said wash. it did the job after that and I haven't had a problem since. I washed The walls in my three bedroom home fairly easily. I would definitely recommend!
