such a disappointment

It looks nicer in the photo. the quality of the chair is what can be expected for the price. It is not easy to put together at all. the massager works pretty well but the heat does not. It barely gets warm. It has the pull string handle that you have to find down in the side of your seat for extending out your legs, which makes it hard to use when you put a cover on the chair. Fed-X brought it in a very damaged box. It is a miracle that the chair even works! i hate Fed-X any more. They disresoect your packages and merchandise and they could care less how bad it is when you get it. this driver even went as far as taking the droo off photo on thr best side of thr box so as to hide the damages, of course!
