I bought this for a friend who recently went into hospice. The remote provided by the facility was faulty and frustrating for him. He LOVES this new remote! He can easily see and use the buttons, the channel numbers are accessible, yet hidden, so he doesn't have to worry about hitting them accidentally. Easiest remote for my mom who suffers from Dementia! I've tried others. The only thing i changed on the remote was tapng the keyboard slide assembly so my mom cannot access it. I suppose it will only work for a smart tv with cable plugged into the tv's cable port... no internet tv like Roku which requires additional control buttons. She only uses the on/off, volume and channel changer buttons on this remote..

It was simple to set up, just like it said. It was Great for a Senior, older person to use. It gives them freedom to be in control, of turning TV with ease. Without haven't to use multitude, of buttons that are small. It's compact with large buttons , worth buying. Thanks for coming up with this product.
