I have used this pen for years and was very pleased with it. I ordered a box of 12 from wal-mart. What I received is not what I had used before even though it had the same name and number. It is inferior and does not perform at all like the earlier version. It does not have the "click" feature, and requires the removal of the top to expose the writing tip. It does not tell you that feature has been eliminated. (I am disappointed that PaperMate would be so cheap) It does not even look the same. It globs at the beginning of writing - one of the features I really always liked about ones I had bought before - that did not do that. I am terribly disappointed but it was a small purchase and I do not intend to pursue it. I just will not order PaperMate pens in the future for fear they will send me something different. I do not recommend this pen for those reasons. Otherwise, the delivery was prompt and I am not seeking a refund. However, I do think the advertising should be changed to reflect these issues so others will not be fooled as I was.
