Flex Seal Liquid is liquid rubber, in a can! Unlike traditional paints, Flex Seal Liquid starts out as a thick liquid, that can seep into cracks and holes to form a flexible, waterproof, weatherproof rubberized seal. Easy to use, you can brush on, roll, dip or pour to stop leaks fast. Flex Seal Liquid can be used for a variety of coating and sealant applications. Use anywhere you need a watertight, flexible rubberized coating. Flex Seal Liquid goes on smooth and covers fast, sealing out water, air and moisture. Flex Seal Liquid seals and protects surfaces from the elements, and extreme temperatures. Flex Seal Liquid is perfect to use all around the house, from roofs and gutters down to floors and basements. Flex Seal Liquid Available in clear, gray, black & white.

We got hit with Hurricane Ida in Northeast Queens NY.. We never get hit..This is the first time this section was drowned!!! I truly feel for all those that were hit Katrina....so our basement was completely flooded...I decided to give Flex Seal a try last month...Yes...Last month...waiting for water to dry up and disinfect and clean...plus waiting for the Flex Seal to arrive...Well...Happy to report...very happy with the outcome...it has rained a lot here and thank goodness...not a drop has come through the walls or ground..My husband and dad covered the wall and ground with Flex Seal..last week..we put peel and stick tile...I'M SO GLAD I WATCHED ALL VIDEO'S AND TOLD MY HUSBAND AND DAD THAT WE ARE USING THIS!!
