Works good, try squishing them completely

These work great, I thought they wouldn't because I read some people saying they don't but all you have to do is make them really small and tight like a toothpick then let them "reflate" in your ears so it fully covers the inside. Tested them by putting on a headset and inserted them differently in each ear to see which side I couldn't hear music from. Once fully inflated they're so comfortable you can't tell they're in there if not for the complete noise muffling
