With clean hands, slowly roll plug into a thin, crease-free cylinder. While compressed, insert plug into ear canal. Fitting is easier if outer ear is pulled outwards and upwards during insertion. With fingertips, hold plug in place until it begins to expand

CAUTION: For noise environments dominated by frequencies below 500 Hz the C-weighted environmental noise level should be used. Improper fit of this device will reduce its effectiveness in attenuating noise. Consult the enclosed instructions for proper fit. Although hearing protectors can be recommended for protection against the harmful effects of impulsive noise, the Noise Reduction Rating (NRR) is based on the attenuation of continuous noise and may not be an accurate indicator of the protection attainable against impulsive noise such as gunfire. CAUTION: Do not cut ear plugs. Use by children should be closely supervised by an adult. Inspect product before use and replace plugs if they are damaged or show signs of wear. Not for prolonged use. Product intended for single user only. WARNING: Keep earplugs away from infants and small children as they may get caught in the windpipe and create a choking hazard. If you should experience pain or discomfort when using this product, please discontinue use.

Not sure if there's any other earplugs that are better than these but they almost do the job. I have a roommate that has the deepest loudest snore. I basically have to push these into my ear as far as possible but still hear that snoring. Others don't come close to these. I think it's time to find something to help the snoring like a nose piece.

I am single-sided deaf and so am rabid about protecting my remaining hearing. These are economical, comfortable fit, and effective. I wear them in any environments where there is a sound system or distracting noise, even church, or in bed when my beloved husband snores. Highly recommend. People underestimate the damage noise can do to you physically and the stress it can cause, even while asleep. These are the best ear plugs I have found so far. You have to kind of turn them while putting them to get them to fit right (at least for me), but they work perfect and I wear them every night to drown out my husbands snoring. The little case to put them in is good too, because if you leave them out they are a dust magnet.
