my niece is always bringing me delicious homemade food. after she lost her mother my sister she feels the need to take care of me. Sometimes I send her Rubbermaid products but I see they are too weak and flimsy for soups and heavier type foods. So this time I splurged and sent this to her. I got a note because she knew it wasn't the cheap take along type. she said oh it's so pretty and it's that expensive durable one. I myself prefer glass even though it's not safe for me to handle. anything close to glass is better for me I will check on those lids Rubbermaid. Everyone makes a big deal about the lock unlock, but they also say they are difficult to lock and unlock.
