We are sorry to hear that your experience did not match your expectations. Your feedback helps us do better! If you wish to make conference calls, please make sure that the Call Sharing option is set to On on the phone system. This option can be set by pressing Menu on a handset, then the # key and entering 194. Following that make sure that On is highlighted and press Save. When transferring the phonebook from your cell phone, please make sure to select the group where you cell phone is connected and please try both the Manual and Auto version for the transfer, as not all cell phones support Auto transfer.
