I had Chronic Diarrhea for more than 2 weeks. I tried on a daily basis: lemons, yogurt, toasted slices of bread, no dairy products, lots of fluids and followed the usual recommendations but there wasn't any noticeable improvements. I visited my doctor and she told me to try Probiotics . I paid a little bit more for Probiotics containing the bacteria Lactobacillus Rhamnosus. I noticed an improvement beginning the next day and there after! This stuff really works, after less than a week I'm back to normal. I highly recommend it.
