Dosage

Directions for Feeding: If possible all puppies should receive mcolostrum by nursing on their mother for the first several days. Weighing puppies at the beginning and every 3 days will help to determine the amount that should be fed. Bottle fed puppies should be fed 1 teaspoon (5mL) per 4 ounces (115g) of body weight every 3-4 hours. Feeding amounts and frequency vary according to individual needs. Smaller and weaker puppies may need increased feeding frequency. As puppies become older the feeding frequency may be decreased and the amount per feeding increased. At 4 to 6 weeks you may begin offering PetLac Puppy in a shallow bowl for the puppies to lap. Do not discontinue bottle feeding until the puppies are eating well on their own. Weaned puppies: Feed 2 tablespoons (30mL) per 5 lbs. (2.2kg) of body weight daily mixed in regular food. Pregnant and lactating females: Feed 2 tablespoons (30mL) per 5 lbs. (2.2kg) of body weight daily mixed in regular food. Consult your veterinarian for additional advice. Storage: Discard unused formula after 14 days. Do not freeze in original container. May be frozen in single serving size containers.

Ready to feed.Shake well.Refrigerate after opening.All kittens should receive their mother's milk for at least 2 days, if possible. This colostrum milk gives extra nutrition and temporary immunity against some diseases. Warm Milk Replacer Plus to room or body temperature. Feed kittens 2 tablespoons (30ml) per 4 ounces (115g) of body weight daily. Divide the daily feeding amount into equal portions for each feeding. Small and/or weak kittens should be fed every 3 to 4 hours. Larger and/or older kittens can do well being fed every 8 hours. The amount required should be increased or decreased to meet the individual requirements for each kitten. The PetAg 2 oz (60 ml) Nurser is suited for feeding most kittens. When kittens are old enough to lap, begin offering Milk Replacer Plus in a shallow container. During the 6th week mix Milk Replacer Plus with a transitional food to allow the kitten to gradually switch to solid food. Pregnant and lactating females: Feed 2 tablespoons (30 ml) per 5 lbs. (2.2 kg) body weight daily. Growing kittens (post weaning), show cats and/or convalescing cats: Feed 1 tablespoon (15 ml) per 5 lbs. (2.2 kg) body weight. Consult your veterinarian for additional advice.Discard unused formula after 14 days.Do not freeze in original container.

I recently rescued four kittens and this has been a staple so that they can get healthy and be adopted. I don't like that your other store subbed the powdered for the liquid, they are not the same and the price is horrendous. I understand this is a specialty product but come on, Walmart. There are FOUR growing kittens. Why penalize someone who's trying to help the helpless?

It takes special people to raise healthy kittens for adoption. Yes, when you order liquid from Walmart, they should send liquid. We make the milk replacer. Unfortunately, we don't have anything to do with how they fill orders. Keep up the great effort in getting them healthy for adoption.
