Flat bellydiet
I purchased this book 28 days ago because it said you could loose up to 15lbs in 32 days, well in almost 25 days I have lost 10lbs and I am still going strong, I wanted a book that would tell me what and how much to eat and this does all that. I have tried other diets in the past but this is not only a diet but a healthy way of eating. I would highly recommend this book to any one.
A very helpful product
I bought this book for my 19 yr old daughter. She hasn't had any problem staying with this diet, because there is a variety of great tasting recipes. You actual get to eat chocolate & peanut butter & still loose weight. I would recommed this book to any one serious about losing weight & getting healthy.
Most Sensible I've Ever Seen!
This program is the easiest and best one I have EVER seen for losing belly fat. The guidelines are simple and there is plenty of information. The food is good and everyday stuff, not the unrecognized food and recipes in most other programs. Prevention has tried and tested this and I appreciate that. I lost 5 lbs and 3 inches in BELLY the first 4 days. That was without ANY exercise!
