Easy to put together....just looked at the picture and a few bolts to tighten in place. Fluffy light pillows for each cubby hole. Sturdy —can handle my cat jumping from couch (about 2 1/2 ft) to hop on to the top sitting area. Very happy with my purchase!!!

No Need to Anchor to Wall, Cat LOVES it!

The cushions in the cubes are puffy and soft, the top and bottom cubes have one door, while the middle can be walked through or slept in. Our cat has so far tried the bottom two, and she loves them. She's a large cat, but fits easily. My daughter keeps her room really cold at night, and Missy sleeps in there with her. Now Missy has a cozy place the fan can't reach, and she's always in it. It's heavy and sturdy, and I don't think it could tip over without a strong human push. It's also attractive. Our cat hasn't used it as a scratching post, that we've noticed, but it's made so that cats can do that. I love it, it's the best cat tower we've ever seen, and thankfully, doesn't require you to bolt it to the wall.
