Love this!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love this pastry beater. I have a bowl lift mixer. It was shockingly sturdy and heavy compared to my other mix attachments. So far, I have used it for making pie crusts and not only does it do the job, but it makes the process so easy! I definitely recommend.

Great attachment for pastries

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pastry beater attachment is excellent. I was always too intimated to make pastries that involved cutting very cold butter into tiny cubes. This attachment makes it much easier to handle more advanced pastries. I also used it for my mashed potatoes on Thanksgiving. I haven't used it for shredding meat yet, but I'm excited to try it.

A great beater!!

I was skeptical of this but the reviews made me take a chance. I love this beater. I am gluten-free and make my own biscuits. This beater does the trick. I can get the ingredients quickly incorporated into the dry ingredients quickly and efficiently. This has become my go-to beater. Thank you so much!!!
