Lives up to the description. I use them exclusively in my monster leather work boots. They get a lot of punishment stomping around in all kinds of weather. Boots may get wet at times from the hose or wet grass and there's always the sweat factor which brings in the value of wool and its wicking properties. They're constructed well and hold up to the rigors of what I put them through, they have never de-laminated. I pull them out at the end of the day to dry and they're good to go. I change them out every 3-4 months or when they begin to flatten out at the heel or ball of my foot. They're a little pricey and I do place a high value on caring for my feet.

This was my second or third pair of the wool inserts! I use these in hiking boots, and another pair of clogs that I wear without socks in warm weather. The wool inserts are easy on my Morton's neuroma, and sensitive toes. Please don't ever discontinue these wool inserts, as they are the very best!
