Disappointed

I bought this product yesterday but could not get it to hold its suction and it kept letting go. Went searching for videos but unfortunately, none addressed my issue.

Sorry to hear you ran into trouble with the suction on the ruler connector. It should hold securely when used on a clean, smooth surface. Sometimes wiping both the ruler and connector to remove dust or debris can help improve suction. this doesn't work

This looked like the ticket . Don't waste your money until they put larger suction cups on the bottom and make this wider. Lucky that my purchase included 2 in a box. that was the only way we could get this to hold the rulers together. You have to buy 2. Otherwise forget it. It doesn't work.
